Lavrov and Al Busaidi also expressed support for increasing collective efforts to create favorable conditions for a broad, inclusive intra-Yemeni dialogue under UN auspices. In addition, they discussed the continued development of multifaceted Russian-Omani relations.
The phone call comes amid heightened regional tensions and fears of a possible US strike on Iran.
